i figured it was time for some pictures of hudson. he's getting to be pretty fun. he loves to play with us. he also loves to explore and is a busy boy. he's really good at pulling himself up to a standing position and loves to do it a lot. he likes to push the chairs around the dining room. hmmm... what else? he says ma-ma. he loves to tease mom, wrestle with dad and fight over toys with maria. he absolutely loves to be outside. he'd crawl all over the yard if we'd let him. usually kids don't like to touch the grass, but he doesn't mind. he just crawls over the grass, over the sidewalk, and plays in the dirt - or sometimes he just tries to eat the grass. oh, and we found out this week that he LOVES peaches.
maria, is a good sister. she looks out for him. one day hudson had just finished a nap in the play pen and she decided he needed some help. she put two cardboard rolls (from wrapping paper) in the play pen and said, "come on, huddy. grab 'em. climb out." ethan saw her and asked her what she was doing. "i'm just trying to help buddy get out," she replied. we've also seen her singing him songs while he was stuck in the play pen.
the two of them are such a joy. we feel so blessed to have them.

Kathryn told me the story of the wrapping paper tubes. Oh, I died laughing. Maria is hillarious. I am glad that those two cuties are such good friends.
