Over the Christmas break, my roommate and I moved our couch into the kitchen because she had built a cardboard castle in the living room. : ) Hee hee. Anyway- we loved having the couch in the kitchen, and were very sad to have to move it back when the break was over. Amongst all the weeping and wailing and gnashing of teeth, I had an idea. *DING* What if we bought another couch? At DI? For $20.00?? *DING* DING* *DING* We have a winner!!!!!
So my roomate and I went to DI and found a couch for $20.00. : ) It's definitely old and a little ratty, but very comfy- and it only has one cushion (As Amanda says, "The only crack you sit on is your own!"). We also discovered, as we were trying to heft this mammoth of a couch, that it has a hide-a-bed! : ) Weeee!! And not only did DI provide us with a couch, but also some stellar pillows to refine the appearance of this cushy piece of happiness- Yay for DI!! : )
