Honey Zabaglione with Grapefruit

An omelette I made out of the leftover egg whites. Mmm.... tasty.

Red peppers go well with everything. : )

I was way bored tonight because all my roommates went home for the weekend because we have no school on Monday, so I decided to make something fun! : ) It was actually pretty tasty. It reminded me a lot of tapioca pudding but without the tapioca pearls. I think next time I might put it with raspberries instead. The grapefruit was good but it did create a bit of an odd taste. : ) The omelette was pretty tasty too- it had red peppers, cheddar cheese, mozarella cheese, green onion, and garlic salt. Mmmmmmmm.....

So next time you want to try something new, just call me and I can give you lots of crazy ideas. : ) I think my next undertaking is going to be lemon curd.
