Relief Society Christmas Event

We had our ward Relief Society Christmas event tonight. I was in charge of the dinner and some of the decorations. We had Chicken Perigord, garlic mashed potatoes, brown sugar/maple glazed carrots, spinach craisin salad, and garlic bread sticks. It was more work than I envisioned, but it turned out great!
I ( actually Cory) finally brought my vision to life. It looked amazing!! Cory cut the trees, figured out how to build the stands, drilled the holes for the branches to fit into, hauled his tools to the church to put it all together, etc. It is difficult to get the full effect in a picture, but trust me, it was stunning!
We had 8 lighted trees around the room.
Cory and Robert built 10 of these wooden boxes for the event. We put greenery in them and set them on the tables. One sister at each table got to take a box home.
