Dear . . . . dear . . . . Ethan. Poor boy. It was a fun ride while it lasted, . . . but, . . . the past is the past and shall be . . . never more. Know that we all love you and hang on to that for what it is worth. It is the time to make a place for a younger generation, vibrant and full of life. Be happy with your memories (if you can remember) and dwell on the past, for it is all you have. Life will be full of ups and downs but . . . ehh . . . well mainly downs. Here is a list of the ups: . . . . ah . . . harumph . . . well let's start with the downs: butt, belly (and consequently your belt, well unless like some you prefer the nerd look by having it above the belly instead of below like most plumbers), jowls, bags under the eyes, and of course respect. Oh yes there is an up . . . your hair line. Hang in there Ethan, . . . if you can.
Yours in mourning
Dad, Mom, and Elise

So, what's it like at the bottom of the hill?
Ethan

Ha ha ha ha ha!!!!! This is great. I second Ethan's question to you other "seasoned" folk. What's it like at the the very bottom? Ha ha!

So what's it like?!! What's it like you say?!! Well why are you asking me? What makes you think that I have any idea? It's not like I have any experience with that place. I've never been there, where ever that is. Your mother is the one that does all the traveling why don't you ask her? I think it might be in Africa or some place like that. Maybe you could google it. What were we talking about? I think I need some milk and cookies. Galee galee, galee galaa. My head hurts. Pappy
Ha ha! You are so funny, Dad. You really should write more often. By the way, I think you're unfamiliar with the bottom of the hill because you've been crusin' in the valley beyond it for so long. ;)

Good one Kimberly. I see you enjoy verbal jousting. (Joseph, I think you know what that's from) :) Dad, you are so funny. I can't wait to see everyone in Oregon! Wee ho.
Kathryn
I love the wee ho. I miss my family. Mom
