Tarts

On Mother's Day I made tarts. This one turned out well.

This one... not so much.

I made shortbread crusts and filled one with lemon curd and the other with key lime curd. The lemon curd was a bit less stiff- hence all the sinking fruit on the second tart. I topped them both with an apricot glaze and powdered sugar and they turned out delicious! The key lime curd was a little tart for us, but not too bad.
