just an update

here are a couple recent pictures of the kids.  maria is jumping, by the way.

and check out this awesome picture maria drew on her easel.  it's a goose.  she did this the week we got home from christmas vacation.

i don't have very many pictures from christmas so if any of you have fun pictures from when we were all together please post them.  a lot of times i download pictures you put on so we have some family pics to keep.

well, tomorrow's the big day.  baby number 3 will make her entrance!  what will her name be?  at this point our guess is about as good as yours.  we are all really excited . . . well, except for hudson.  he doesn't get it.  he'll say there's a baby in my tummy but i'm not sure he really understands.  anytime we show him something for the baby he runs to get his life-size baby.  i'm sure he keeps wondering why we keep getting all this stuff for his baby.

tonight we drop the kids of at my parents house to stay while we are in the hospital.  i'm actually pretty anxious about that.  i've not had very many nights away from my kids.  in fact, i've never had a night away from hudson, and the last time maria stayed away was when he was born!  i'm pretty sure the kids will be fine, and i'll be the only one crying.

ethan and i will come home to a quiet house and have a moment to freak out before we go to bed.  i'm scheduled for my c-section at 7:30am and we'll need to be there a couple hours early so that makes for an early morning for us.  we will keep you posted at that point.  we'll take lots of pictures and hopefully ethan can get a post on the blog tomorrow.
