tonight she's been "reading" the Book of Mormon in bed. she must have been looking at the picture of Samuel the Lamanite because i heard her say, "don't throw arrows and stones at me because Heavenly Father protects me, okay?"
about a month ago i told maria that maybe we'd talk about daniel in the lions den for school. the next day she asked, "let's talk about the dandelions now!"
Ha ha! So funny! I can't even pick a favorite story out of these because they're all hillarious. I was a little worried about the snake too until you mentioned the Junge Book. She is so funny!
Well, you must be teaching her a lot if she knows the story of Samuel the Lamanite well enough to make a dialogue.

the other day she comes up to me and says, "mom, i saw a snake." then she whispers, " it wants me to trust it."
uh, i was a little worried until i realized she had been watching disney's Jungle Book at grandma hawkins house.
